These terms cover your use of goodhandshomecleaning.com, run by Good Hands Cleaning, LLC ("GoodHands," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to them.
Cleaning service
Cleaning service is covered by our Service Agreement, which you sign before service starts. If anything on this website conflicts with your signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls.
Prices and offers
- Prices on this site are monthly prices for cleaning every two weeks, set by the number of bedrooms. We may change prices for new clients at any time. For current clients, rate changes follow the notice in your Service Agreement.
- The free first clean is for new clients in our service area, one per household, and may end at any time. In place of paying us, we ask you to give any amount to a charity of your choice and send us the receipt or a screenshot.
- We may decline service, for example if a home is outside our service area or needs work we don't offer.
Quotes and forms
Sending a form is a request, not a booking. Your service is booked once we confirm it with you and, where required, you've signed your agreement and paid.
Using this site
Please don't misuse the site, try to break it, or submit false information. The content, logo, and design belong to GoodHands.
No warranties
We work to keep this site accurate, but it's provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for damages from using the website itself.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Tennessee law.
