This policy explains what Good Hands Cleaning, LLC ("GoodHands," "we," "us") collects through goodhandshomecleaning.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- What you give us. Your name, phone number, email, service address, and details about your home (like bedrooms and bathrooms) when you ask for a price, sign up, or apply for a job.
- Photos and video of your home. Taken before, during, and after visits for quality control and, as your Service Agreement allows, for marketing. We never show people, faces, family photos, mail, house numbers, or anything that identifies you or your address, and you can opt out of marketing use anytime.
- Your signed agreement. If you sign up online, your typed name, drawn signature, the date and time, and the type of device you used.
- Payment. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- How you found us. Ad and link details in the web address (like which ad you clicked), the page you landed on, and the site that sent you.
- Cookies and ad tools. We may use Meta (Facebook) and Google tools that use cookies to measure how our ads perform.
How we use it
- To give you a price, schedule and provide cleaning, and bill for service
- To text, call, or email you about your service or your request
- To review job applications
- To see which ads and pages work, so we spend less on the ones that don't
- To check our work, and to show our work in marketing as described above
We only use your phone number to talk to you about cleaning. We don't send marketing texts without your permission.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run the business:
- Stripe, to process payments
- FormSubmit, which delivers form submissions to our email
- Vercel, which hosts this website
- Meta and Google, for ad measurement
We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're a client and as long as needed for our records, taxes, and legal obligations. Signed agreements are kept for the life of the agreement and a reasonable time after.
Your choices
- Ask us to see, correct, or delete your information by calling or texting (865) 320-3838.
- Reply STOP to any text from us to stop texts.
- Block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
Children
This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
