Straight answers.
How is my price set?
By bedrooms. 1–2 bedrooms is $360 a month, 3 bedrooms is $480, and 4 or more is $600. Same price every month.
What do I get the first month?
Three cleans. The first one is free: instead of paying us for it, you give any amount to a charity you choose and send us the receipt or a screenshot. Then we come every two weeks, so you get two regular cleans that month too. After that, it's a clean every two weeks at the same monthly price.
Is there a contract?
Yes, a simple service agreement you sign online before you pay. Service is month to month, and either side can end it with 14 days' notice by text or email.
When am I charged?
At checkout, then monthly. Your card is billed for the month ahead. Your first clean is free: you give any amount to a charity you choose instead of paying us for it.
Will you take photos of my home?
Yes. We take photos and video before, during, and after visits for quality control, and we may use them in our marketing. We never show people, faces, family photos, mail, house numbers, or anything that identifies you or your address. Don't want your home in our marketing? Just text or email us and we'll leave it out.
What if I need to skip a visit?
Give us at least 48 hours' notice. Visits canceled with less notice are charged 50%, and visits where we can't get in are charged in full.
When do you start?
Cleanings start November 1. After you sign up, Jed texts you to set your first clean.
