What's included in a move-out clean?
Everything a deep clean covers, plus the spots you can only reach in an empty home: inside cabinets and drawers, inside the fridge and oven, closets, and every floor edge.
Will a move-out clean help me get my security deposit back?
A clean home is one of the biggest things landlords check at walk-through. We can't promise what your landlord decides, but if your lease has a cleaning checklist, send it to us and we'll work from it.
Does the home need to be empty?
It's best. An empty home lets us get inside every cabinet, closet, and corner. If some furniture is staying, tell us and we'll plan around it.
Do the water and power need to be on?
Yes. We need running water and working lights to clean. Schedule the utility shut-off for after your cleaning day.
Do you clean apartments and student rentals?
Yes. Apartments, condos, townhomes, and houses, including rentals near UT. Tell us the move-out date and Jed will text you a price.
Do you clean for landlords, property managers, and realtors?
Yes. We clean rentals between tenants and homes getting ready to list. Tell us the address and the date you need it done.
Do you shampoo carpets or wash walls?
Carpet shampooing isn't included; we vacuum carpets and mop hard floors. If you need walls or anything else specific, ask when Jed texts you and he'll tell you what we can do.
